Winter Tips: Drink more water in Winter

Winter is coming, and we usually drink less water in winter than other periods of the year. In winter, we did not feel that erg to drink more and more water what we do eventually in summer. But, this is very wrong as in winter we need to drink same amount or more water than what we drink in summer. We did not feel the winter dehydrations as we wrapped up ourselves in more layers as weather is cold. Usually we did not feel the thirst to drink water, because in Winter, body’s thirst power significantly vanishes by the low temperature. Winter dehydrations are hard to notice as we did not feel any sweat on our skin. But, the same procedures are happening here also which happened in summer time. Some of us may not notice that we may have not drink sufficient amount of water through the whole day. As the air is dry, body loses moisture quickly so to remain balanced everyone should drink much amount of water in winter also. Drinking sufficient amount of water helps to reduce the daily toxins of our body. In winter, as we wrapped up ourselves with very warm cloths thus our inner body produces much more toxins daily than the summer time. So, we can’t able to notice that as low temperature reduces the ability to comprehend the increasement of toxin level in the body. So, to keep healthy one should regularly drink much more water in winter days.
